Art .300A : No person shall be deprived of his property , except by authority of law.

  Art. 301 :  Freedom of trade , commerce and intercourse – Subject to other provisions of this part ,trade commerce and intercourse through –out the territory of India shall be free.

Art. 326 : Elections to the House of the People and to the Legislative Assemblies of States to be on  the basis of adult suffrage.
