            Central Sector Schemes
1.       Soil and Land  Use Survey  of India (SLUSH)- Plan and Non- Plan (1958)
2.       Soil Conservation  Training Centre Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC), Hazaribagh , Jharkhand –Non –plan
3.       Watershed Development project in Shifting  Cultivation Aras (WDPSCA)-plan

           Central Sponsored Programmes 
1.       Soil Conservation in the Catchments of River (RVP and FPR)
2.       Reclamation and Development of Alkali and Acid Soils (RADAS).
3.       National Mission for Sustainable Agriculture:  NMSA is one of the eight missions under the National Action Plan on Climate Change. It seeks to address issues regarding ‘ Sustainable Agriculture ‘ in the context of risks associated with climate change by devising  appropriate adaptation and mitigation strategies for ensuring food security, enhancing livelihood opportunities and contributing to economic stability  at the national level.
